Where do you ship to and where are the products being shipped from?

 

We ship to all 48 US continental states. All orders will be shipped via UPS from our North Carolina facility. We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.

 

Should I expect a confirmation e-mail right after I place my order?

 

After successfully placing your order and clicking submit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and order details.

 

What should I do if I need to make a comment about my order?

 

We are here to help and answer any questions you may have. If you need to notify us of anything regarding your order, please be sure to email our customer service department at support@goodstuffnc.com or give us a call at 252-751-9000. 

 

Delivery

Which delivery carrier do you use?

 

We use UPS to ship our packages nationwide. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed for delivery. We ship orders Monday - Wednesday and all orders will be delivered by the end of the day Friday for commercial addresses and for residential addresses. We do not schedule deliveries for Sunday or Monday. If you order with a method of shipping that will not guarantee delivery by Friday (commercial addresses and residential addresses) your order will be held for shipment until the following Monday.

We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.

 

How is the product packaged?

 

The juices are flash frozen and packaged in an insulated box to keep the juices fresh.

 

What time of day should I expect my order?

 

You can expect your order to arrive anytime between 9 AM and 8 PM to residential destinations or 9 AM-5 PM to business address. We provide a tracking number to assist you in tracking the status of your order, as the times assigned to us through  is an estimate. You may track the status of your shipment at anytime by entering your tracking number on www.UPS.com.

 

Can I make arrangements with UPS to leave my package?

 

GoodStuff Juices cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended, delivered to a neighbor, arrangements for pickup in UPS facility, or any other requests that have been made directly with the carrier once the package has shipped. 

Please note, anyone who takes responsibility for you to receive the package must be aware that they need to freeze the package immediately.

 

What do I do once I receive the package from UPS?

 

It is crucial to open your package immediately upon arrival, so the juices get stored appropriately. Do not leave the package in a warm area for any period of time once the order has been delivered. If you've ordered 3 or 5 Day Cleanses please be sure to place all your juices in the freezer and then take out the amount of juices needed for use the following day in the refrigerator. For example if you've purchased a 5 Day Cleanse, please be sure to put 3 days' worth of juice in the refrigerator and the last 2 day's worth in the freezer, in order to maintain the juice's freshness.

 

Can I pick up my order if I live nearby the store?

No.

Juice Care

Shelf life, freezing and refrigeration

 

Our juices are 100% natural and do not contain preservatives. Therefore our juices have a 3 day shelf life, and should be consumed within 3 days after arrival. If you do not wish to enjoy your juice right away, please be sure to pop it in the freezer for use at a later time. The juice may be kept frozen for up to 4 weeks.

When you are ready to begin, please be sure to remove the desired amount out of the freezer the night before you are ready to start, and allow to defrost at room temperature in a bowl of ice or in the refrigerator. Your juice should be thawed and ready to consume by morning. Please be sure to keep your juice cool for use throughout the day.

 

What will happen to my juice if I don't store it correctly right away?

 

Being that our juices are 100% natural and do not contain any preservatives, they are highly perishable. Juice that is not stored in the refrigerator/freezer immediately upon arrival and consumed within the intended time frame, may expand, explode, or burst open due to spoilage.

 

Cleanse and Juices

What is a Juice Cleanse?

 

A juice cleanse is a certain period of time when all you typically consume is liquids, specifically water, herbal teas, and fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Just as important is what you are not consuming when juice cleansing -- any liquids which will tax the body such as coffee, caffeinated teas, milk, soda, pasteurized juice, protein powder mixes, diet drinks and so on. Solid or blended foods are also not consumed as the fiber content activates digestion which is avoided during juice cleansing.

When you juice your fruits and vegetables, you remove the insoluble fiber but keep soluble fiber so you are still getting some fiber in your diet. This juice contains the organic hydration, nutrients, vitamins and enzymes from the plant food. Although you do need insoluble fiber in your diet, going for a certain period of time without it will give your body a chance to spend less energy on digestion.

Around 70% of your energy every day is spent on digestion alone, so when you are eating 3 meals a day plus snacks, you are rarely giving your body a chance to direct energy to deeply cleansing the body and drawing up old acidic waste that is likely causing a whole host of symptoms.

Is this product guaranteed and can I obtain a refund if I am not satisfied?

 

While this product is not guaranteed, we do stand behind the products we ship to our fellow juice friends. Our team is here to help and will try their very best to address each and every question or concern. Results will vary from every individual, as each person has their own unique metabolic breakdown of food as well as fiber absorption. We do not provide refunds if you cancel before/during a cleanse or after you’ve completed a cleanse/juice. All cleanse & single juice purchases are final sale. While getting on board our Healthy Obsession, please remember to keep your goals and expectations realistic as this is Nature's Fruits and Vegetables that are freshly picked from local farms. Health

Are the juices Gluten Free?

 

Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

 

Can I use the cleanse if I am taking medication?

 

Although most medications are fine to take with the cleanse, we suggest speaking with your physician before starting the cleanse because some medications require eating solid foods.

 

Can I exercise during my cleanse?

 

You have to listen to your body. If your body feels up to it, then go for it! Otherwise, it’s ok to take the day off and rest.

 

Can I do the cleanse if I have diabetes?

 

Juice packages can be modified to contain more vegetables juices and less fruit juices. However, it is imperative to first consult with your endocrinologist or diabetic nurse educator to ensure that you maintain healthy blood glucose levels.

 

How will I feel during the cleanse?

 

Most people feel invigorated while cleansing. However, it is also normal to feel slightly less entergetic over the course of the cleanse, particuarly on day 1.

 

Where do I get my protein?

 

Believe it or not, green veggies contain protein. As there are is approximately 1 cup of vegetables in each green juice, you will be receiving an ample amount of protein to sustain you throughout the course of the day. 

 

What do I do if I feel faint?

 

While most people feel energized while cleansing, it is not uncommon to experience headache, fatigue, or a feeling of lightness or dizziness. We recommend drinking plenty of water and resting. However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, please contact your healthcare provider.

 

Will I gain my weight back after my cleanse has finished?

 

Because our cleanse leaves you with a diminished appetite for sugars, we see it as the perfect opportunity for you to kick-start a new healthier lifestyle and maintain the weight lost during your cleanse.
